- Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- No garnish to prepare. The theatrical flaming of the last ingredient is garnish enough!
- SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
- DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
- FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- POUR Chartreuse into a long-handled metal chef's measuring cup, ignite and then carefully pour flaming Chartreuse into cocktail.
Garnish: No garnish to prepare. The theatrical flaming of the last ingredient is garnish enough!
