1 wine glassrum — St. Croix or Jamaica rumbase
water — A little water and fine ice in summer; hot water in winter.dilution

nutmeg — Grate a little on top in winter service.other

  1. Build the rum and black molasses in a small bar glass.
  2. If called for in summer, add a little water and fine ice; if in winter, fill the glass with hot water, grate nutmeg on top, and serve.

Garnish: Nutmeg in winter service.
