1 slice	lemon	acid
1 wineglass	Bourbon whiskey — Bourbon or rye	base
5 dash	bitters	bitter
1 slice	Orange	garnish
1 whole	Maraschino cherry	modifier
1 lump	sugar	sweetener

Mix in an old-fashioned glass, add ice, and decorate with orange, lemon, and Maraschino cherry.

Garnish: Orange, lemon, and Maraschino cherry

	lemon peel — Lemon Peel	acid
1 lump	sugar — Sugar	base
1 glass	Whiskey — Rye or Bourbon Whisky	base
2 dash	Angostura bitters — Angostura Bitters	bitter
1 slice	Orange — Orange	garnish
1 lump	ice — Ice	other

Crush the sugar and bitters together, add lump of ice, decorate with twist of lemon peel and slice of orange, and stir well.
